If you’re planning a trip to Greenville, South Carolina in the near future, this unique Greenville Airbnb is a must-see and must-stay. Trade in the standard apartment or bedroom for this cozy vintage Rolite camper. It’s not just a place to rest your head after a day of exploring – it’s an experience. Soak up all of the hygge vibes at this one-of-a-kind Scandinavian camper Airbnb.
The best Airbnbs aren’t just about trendy decor and proximity to the city. In my experience, thoughtful touches from the host can really elevate the vibe. This camper felt like a destination in and of itself. I would have been completely content staying in the camper area for our entire stay! (According to the guest book, past guests have done just that.)
Kristin, the host, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our weekend. Upon our arrival, two scones from local Greenville bakery Swamp Rabbit Cafe were waiting for us on the counter. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea bags were also provided (and completely complimentary).
Two words: Knitted. Socks. Kristin provided men’s and women’s pairs of thick knitted socks for us to really feel the hygge inside the camper.
Just steps from the camper is a gas fire pit featuring 4 Adirondack chairs. Kristin provides blankets and everything needed to make s’mores under the stars.
I know what you’re thinking – what about the bathroom? Guests have access to a private indoor bathroom attached to the house with a toilet, sink, shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Just an 8 minute drive to downtown Greenville, the camper is situated in a private backyard in a safe and quiet neighborhood. When you pull into the yard, there is a wooden gate behind you that you may close for ultimate privacy from the road.
The yard features charming canopy lights, a fire pit, hammocks, and a chicken coop. Scenic, quiet, and cozy!
At the time of booking, we paid $90 per night for the Scandinavian camper. Compared to other Greenville Airbnb options, this was super affordable. It was worth every penny for its great personal touches and unique ambience.
